CATALYST is a website design concept for a design studio built around one idea: “we don’t just design, we initiate transformation.” The goal was to create a site that feels as bold and memorable as the work it promotes, without sacrificing clarity or credibility.
The homepage opens with a dramatic hero: a silhouetted portrait lit against a deep navy-to-white gradient, the studio name set in a distinctive pixel-style typeface, and a short positioning statement on the right. A floating, glass-style navigation pill (Home, About, Projects, Journal, Contact) stays compact and out of the way, with a highlighted Contact button.
Below the hero, four large rounded tiles introduce the studio’s core offerings through pairs of labels and headlines: Digital Transformation (“Future Proof”), Brand Architecture (“Core Essence”), Immersive Journey (“Experience Design”), and Strategic Visuals (“Vision Unlocked”). Each sits on moody, warmly lit photography with a frosted-glass overlay, so the services feel more like editorial moments than a plain list.
The rest of the page follows a clear, bento-style structure:
- About: A full-width orange hero with a short brand statement, giving the page a bright contrast to the dark sections
- Clients: A scrolling row of logo cards to build trust early
- Services and Achievements: Side-by-side cards pairing a visual with the studio’s offer and key numbers (9+ years of experience, 50+ projects completed)
- Journal: Three image-led article cards (Brand Strategy, UX/UI Design, Design Thinking) that show thought leadership
- Get in Touch: A frosted contact form over a dark, atmospheric image, with fields for name, email, and phone and a clear Submit button
- Footer: Navigation links, social handles, and an oversized CATALYST wordmark as a closing brand moment
The visual system stays consistent throughout: near-black backgrounds, a warm orange accent, generously rounded cards, glassmorphism overlays, and a monospaced pixel typeface for headings paired with a clean sans-serif for body text. The result feels modern and cinematic while staying easy to scan.
